'80-'81 GS1100 16V Fours with Mikuni BS34 CV Slide Carbs
This is the first gen GS1100 with the BS34 CV slide carbs. These models were chain drive and all used the same carbs with the same tuning. NOTE: The T and X you see in the bikes naming is telling you the year, not the model.
Starting in '71 Suzuki started year coding bikes in the last letter used in the name. You may see this code on your bikes paperwork or in a parts list or catalog. I leave this off as it is redundant if you are showing the year anyway. There is a chart below to find your year code.
